Well thanks for visiting! I work from home so it gives me time to enjoy the finer things in life like gold hunting……
I am a former California resident where I first found my passion for gold panning. Sadly though after 5 years of living in the Gold Rush state me and my family decided to move. Luckily for me we moved to Indiana which isn’t as rich in gold as California, but still allowed me to have some panning fun when time allowed. To me nothing is more relaxing then sitting on the bank of a stream and looking through dirt to find that first glimmer of gold. I can honestly say those years were the most relaxing in my life even with a wife and 3 kids (lol). Then it all ended.
Two years ago the family moved to Louisiana and my panning days ended as they don’t have a lick of gold in the state of Louisiana. My blood pressure rocketed and I found myself bored. Then randomly after a year of high blood pressure and lots of anxiety I stumbled upon an auction on Ebay of “Gold Pay Dirt”. I honestly had never thought that you could buy pay dirt and have it shipped to you. So I decided to look into it some more and found so many people selling pay dirt on ebay as well as online stores. I was on my way back to that blissful state with a pan in one hand and gold in the other.
However with everything good in life they have the bad. I first jumped into the “Store Bought” pay dirt with no caution, and ordered enough to last me a few months. I didn’t read reviews or search them out and let me tell you I was disappointed to say the least in a lot of this so called “Pay Dirt”. Some were ok, some were great but the vast majority was garbage. From beach sand with no gold, to backyard dirt with a flakes thrown in. Even worse was I hadn’t kept track of which dirt was from whom and had no way to avoid buying from again. Luckily for me my wife is much smarter then I am and told me to build a blog to keep track of it. And thus Gold Pay Dirt Reviews was born…….
I hope you find my blog reviews helpful and help you fill your pan with those flakes we all love to unearth.
