The GPAA Gutter Mini Sluice:
I have been wanting to get a mini sluice for a while now and the GPAA Mini Sluice seemed like the perfect choice. I needed something I could use in a recirculating system. It also had to really catch gold, and be at a low price. I also wanted something I could possibly alter, hack or modify later. This Sluice fit all of those criteria before I even bought it.
Another thing that made the GPAA Mini Sluice a good buy was the price. Most sluices, even mini ones cost in the $80-$100 range and that was just out of my price range. That is a basic sluice price to boot and way out of my price range. The GPAA Mini Sluice starts at $40 and only goes to $75 for the full kit and caboodle.
The main reason I wanted a Sluice was for my kids. While my kids love gold panning, and prospecting and pretty much anything to do with treasure hunting. The problem was the fine gold, anything under 30 mesh. So I wanted to find a simple cheap sluice for the kids to use and still catch all of the gold.
I also wanted something I could play around with. I love modifying equipment, but it is hard to justify messing with expensive stuff, so a cheap sluice is just the ticket.
The GPAA Mini Sluice ended with a score of 9.8 out of 10. You really can’t get any better than that for a small home sluice. Well sure they could add a better description, but if that is the only issue then t is doing good.

This review is my opinion and my results may vary from your results. My bag may have been a bad batch or a great batch, remember no two bags of paydirt are ever the same. So please use common sense when buying paydirt from any seller. Oh and good luck and happy panning!
