With Goldpalooza officially over, I need to plan out Octobers reviews. I also plan on updating the website again in October or November once I move hosts. I am going to revamp the FAQ section as it is pretty old and was just done quickly. I also plan on adding a ton of non-review videos over the next couple of months. Most will be about how I pan, pan types etc. Plus I need to update the way reviews are ranked here, while ROI is important it shouldn’t be the only reason to buy a bag of paydirt. Especially since no two bags of paydirt are the same. So a consistent seller with good quality paydirt might be better than a one-time lucky bag. I’ve been thinking about adding two rankings per review, one just with ROI and the other rankings based solely on the tangibles, customer service, shipping, etc. Well, will have to see how it goes.
Well on to the review and remember to subscribe to my YouTube channel HERE so as to not miss any of my reviews.
The Highs and lows of panning through unknown paydirt will drive you mad, lol. While the month started out wonderfully it took a horrible turn for the worse yesterday when I panned out some paydirt, now at least today it is back on the upswing. Today I managed to pan out some paydirt from eBay seller Knicks2525. While normally with a ROI of 41% I wouldn’t be happy but after my early review, I am a happy camper. I probably wont rush back to buy another bag, but I will at least try it one more time since the customer service was awesome. The owner Al of Knicks2525 took a lot of time answering a lot of my questions.
My bag of paydirt was almost all black sands as the seller claimed and it did include a nugget/picker as was guaranteed, but sadly that’s where it ended. With most of the gold coming in the way of 3 small pickers, there really wasn’t a lot to pan out of the rest of the bag. Which meant for some boring panning, but at least it was very clean dirt, due to high black sands content.
Knicks2525 ended with a Total Score of 7.6 out of 10. Sadly with a low ROI, no fun paydirt and a really cheap bag there was no way for this seller to end with a high score. While the customer service was awesome it couldn’t make up for the shortcomings.
***This score has been modified since its original publication to fit in with my new formula***

This review is my opinion and my results may vary from your results. My bag may have been a bad batch or a great batch, remember no two bags of paydirt are ever the same. So please use common sense when buying paydirt from any seller. Oh and good luck and happy panning!
